It can install the Hyper-V tools but the Hyper-V platform and services are greyed out. I've read that it dosen't work on Windows 10 Home but my version is Windows 10 Pro so I don't.

Click the search icon (magnified glass) on the taskbar. Type turn windows features on or off and select that item. Select and enable Hyper-V.
