When I click to run the application I receive an error message stating that "Microsoft Office Starter cannot be opened. Try again or repair the product in Control Panel. I found a kbb that suggested I uninstall the product and re-install using the Office Starter.

I do this and I receive another message stating "ClickRun package registration failure" which will not allow me to uninstall the product. Rohn MVP. In reply to Mikep's post on June 7, For your future reference. There is really very little we can do to "repair" apps in Click to Run environments. If the repair and program and features base "re-install" don't work, the only remaining tool I know of is to use the Windows "refresh" partition to restore Windows. That wipes all of your installed programs and personal data files.
